OKLAHOMANS FOR GRACE CAMPAIGN
A campaign to gather faith leaders, community leaders, and advocates to advocate for a moratorium on the death penalty in Oklahoma in order to review and implement the recommendations of the report of the Oklahoma Death Penalty Review Commission to allow for a review of all appeals and claims of innocence, and to ensure that Oklahoma is not administering inhumane drugs to any individual in the state’s custody.
A moratorium leaves time to:
1. Examine thoroughly and review the report of the Oklahoma Death Penalty Review Commission and implement recommendations
2. Ensure all claims of innocence and appeals are heard and reviewed
3. Work to ensure that no inhumane drugs are administered to individuals
